Samenvatting

Kinderen spelen steeds minder vaak buiten. Zij spelen steeds vaker in een virtuele wereld van computergames en dergelijke. En deze manier van spelen wordt vrijwel altijd zittend gedaan. Daar komt bij dat kinderen ook op school bijna voortdurend zitten. De vraag is of dit consequenties heeft voor de houding van het lichaam en de kwetsbaarheid van de rug. Dit addendum gaat dieper op deze vraag in. Verder worden aanbevelingen gedaan voor een juiste zithouding met de minste risico’s op het ontstaan van lage rugklachten.
