Samenvatting

Rhinophyma is een deformerende aandoening van de neus (‘aardappelneus’ of ‘aardbeienneus’) die voornamelijk bij mannen voorkomt. De aandoening wordt gekenmerkt door de aanwezigheid van een rode tot paarse verkleuring van de neus, teleangiëctasieën, verwijde follikelopeningen en hyperplasie van de huid van de neus.
