Samenvatting

In dit hoofdstuk wordt ingegaan op de laatste stap in het stappenplan: ‘Hoe interpreteert en rapporteert u de gegevens?’. De vraag wat de uitkomsten betekenen voor de patiënt en voor het methodisch handelen en klinisch redeneren van de zorgverlener staat daarbij centraal. De uitkomst per meetinstrument en de combinatie van uitkomsten van meerdere meetinstrumenten zullen waar mogelijk sturing geven aan het praktisch handelen van de zorgverlener.
