8 Beïnvloedende factoren bij implementatie

Samenvatting

  • Uiteenlopende factoren kunnen het verloop van een implementatieproces beïnvloeden en de werking van een implementatiestrategie versterken of verzwakken. Het verkrijgen van inzicht in beïnvloedende factoren bij implementatie is een belangrijk onderdeel van de implementatie van innovaties.
  • De factoren kunnen betrekking hebben op individuen (cognities, motivaties, routines), sociale omgeving (teams en netwerken), organisaties (structuur, cultuur, en beschikbare middelen) en de maatschappelijke omgeving (professionalisering, financiële prikkels, wet- en regelgeving).
  • Van weinig factoren is direct aangetoond dat zij de implementatie van nieuwe werkwijzen in de patiëntenzorg beïnvloeden, zodat voorzichtigheid bij de inschatting van het belang van factoren op zijn plaats is.
