Samenvatting

De term ‘conversatieanalyse’ is een beetje verwarrend. Het is een letterlijke vertaling van conversation analysis (ca), een ingeburgerde aanduiding van een heel specifieke onderzoekstraditie. Eigenlijk is de aanduiding ‘conversatieanalyse’ zowel te breed als te smal.
