Samenvatting

  • Nieuwe werkwijzen, richtlijnen of procedures moeten aan bepaalde eisen voldoen en op een bepaalde manier worden gepresenteerd om aantrekkelijk te zijn voor de beoogde gebruikers.
  • Enkele kenmerken van innovaties, zoals aansluiting bij bestaande normen en waarden van de doelgroep, de mogelijkheid ze uit te proberen, en een heldere en aantrekkelijke vormgeving, hebben over het algemeen een positieve invloed op de adoptie.
  • Betrokkenheid van gebruikers bij de ontwikkeling van een innovatie en het bieden van de mogelijkheid deze aan te passen aan de eigen situatie, bevorderen eveneens de implementatie. Vele innovaties zijn ‘halffabrikaten’ die in de praktijk verder worden vormgegeven.
