4 De psychologie van stress en coping

Samenvatting

Het stressmodel van Gaillard kan verder uitgewerkt worden met het model van Jänig over het zenuwstelsel (1, 2). Het model van Jänig kwam in het vorige hoofdstuk aan bod. Samen kunnen de beide modellen als overkoepelend raamwerk dienen voor het analyseren van de verhouding mentaal-emotionele belasting vs.
