Samenvatting

De saturday night palsy, ook bekend onder de naam paralysie des ivrognes, paralysie des amoureux en Parkbanklahmung, is een tijdelijke paralyse van de arm na compressie van de n. radialis.1 Het beeld is herkenbaar aan de klassieke afhangende hand (dropping hand) waarmee de patiënt bij de dokter komt.
