16.1 Chronische pijn extremiteit

Samenvatting

De patiënt omschrijft de pijn als zeurend. De pijn treedt op als hij enkele honderden meters loopt en is voornamelijk gelokaliseerd in de linkerkuit. Bij doorlopen verergert de pijn snel en moet hij stoppen. Na vijf tot tien minuten wachten is de pijn afgezakt en loopt hij eenzelfde afstand verder, waarna het geheel zich herhaalt.
