154 Ejaculatio praecox

Samenvatting

Ejaculatio praecox of vroegtijdige zaadlozing is het klaarkomen van de man na minimale seksuele stimulatie voor, tijdens of net na penetratie, zonder dat de man daarover controle heeft.¹ Bij vroegtijdige zaadlozing komt een man vrijwel altijd zeer snel klaar, dat wil zeggen binnen 1-2 minuten en in 80% van de gevallen zelfs binnen 30 seconden.² Ondanks pogingen om de zaadlozing te vertragen (bijvoorbeeld aan andere dingen denken, vermijden van seksuele opwinding), komt de zaadlozing zonder dat er controle over is.
