Bruggen slaan. Een psychoanalytische psychotherapie als onderdeel van een residentiële kinderpsychiatrische behandeling

Abstract

Aan de hand van een casus wordt een beeld geschetst van het verloop van een behandeling in een kinderpsychiatrische kliniek, waarbij een psychoanalytische psychotherapie deel uitmaakt van de behandeling. Tevens wordt belicht hoe in de beschreven setting het gebruik van psychoanalytische concepten en principes van invloed zijn op de werkwijze en de taakverdeling in het behandelteam. Daarbij wordt vooral aandacht besteed aan overdrachts- en tegenoverdrachtsverschijnselen en aan het verschijnsel van splitting binnen het behandelteam.
