Samenvatting

Dit citaat komt uit een interview in het artikel ‘Mens en sociale kapitaal als facilitator van een leven lang leren in de verpleegkunde’ (Gopee, 2002). Het suggereert dat continue professionele ontwikkeling (CPO) en leren beschouwd worden als iets dat buiten het werk plaatsvindt en niet geïntegreerd is in het dagelijkse professionele werk. Leren is iets exclusiefs en je moet de tijd vinden om het te doen. Tijd rechtvaardigt leren.
