Protocol cognitieve therapie bij sociale angst

Samenvatting

Een sociale-angststoornis (ook wel sociale fobie) is de meest voorkomende angststoornis. Cliënten met deze stoornis zijn bang om in sociale situaties door anderen negatief beoordeeld te worden. Vroeger werd deze problematiek wel afgedaan als ‘gewoon een beetje verlegen’. Inmiddels wordt erkend dat deze stoornis tot ernstige problemen leidt. We bespreken hier een protocol om deze stoornis te behandelen.
