Hechtingsangst en -vermijding bij kinderen en adolescenten

Samenvatting

De kwaliteit van hechtingsrelaties is een belangrijke determinant voor het psychosociaal functioneren¹. Hoewel hechtingrepresentaties het best beschreven kunnen worden aan de hand van twee dimensies (angst en vermijding)², is er een gebrek aan instrumenten die beide hechtingsdimensies meten tijdens de lagere schoolleeftijd en de adolescentie. Dit artikel stelt de 'Experiences-in-Close-Relationships-Scale-Revised- Child-version' voor (ECR-RC), een zelf-rapportage vragenlijst om angstige en vermijdende hechting te meten bij kinderen en adolescenten.
