Samenvatting

Voor het starten van medicamenteuze therapie wordt in de richtlijn Cardiovasculair risicomanagement, net als bij het schatten van het cardiovasculaire risico, een onderscheid gemaakt tussen patiënten zonder en patiënten met HVZ of DM2.
