Het bewegingsapparaat heeft een functionele samenhang. Het is daarom zinvol om bij mensen met klachten van het bewegingsapparaat altijd een uitgebreid onderzoek te doen en de aandacht niet alleen te richten op het aangedane gewricht. Daarnaast gaat het niet alleen om de samenhang van beenderen, spieren, gewrichten en spieren; ook neurologische, vasculaire, psychogene en algemeen internistische aandoeningen kunnen invloed hebben op het bewegingsapparaat. …
