Samenvatting

“Ik word aangeklaagd door een patiënte met een moeheidsyndroom. De patiënte meent dat zij tijdens de behandeling van de 36 een spasme van haar lichaam ontwikkelde welke zij toeschrijft aan de 1,8 ml anesthesievloeistof Septanest SP die als mandibulaire geleidingsanesthesie is gegeven. Zij refereert aan de bijsluiter van Septanest SP waarin tot voorzichtigheid wordt gemaand bij patiënten met epilepsie.
