Samenvatting

Ademgeur kan worden veroorzaakt door meestal intra-, maar ook verschillende extraorale factoren. De frequentste hiervan zijn keel-neus-ooraandoeningen en systemische ziekten, zoals diabetes mellitus, uremie,leverinsufficiëntie, longcarcinoom of bronchiëctasieën(Preti e.a., 1995; van Steenberghe, 1997).
